Al-Rihla is named after the Arabic term for the journey. It’s been inspired by Qatar, adding in its culture, architecture, and iconic boats with its flags. The bold colors represent Qatar, and the translucent pearlescent background represents the ever-increasing speed of soccer.

The official ball size has a spherical circumference of between 68 cm (27 ins) and 70 cm (28 ins) and weighs 410 g (14 oz) to 450 g (16 oz) at the start of the match.
